Approach
In order to deliver competitive design in a complex world, I’m an advocate of thinking holistically. Creating the bigger picture, being driven by strategy, breaking it down to functional design, keeping in mind the system, the technology, but not all the conventions.
To me, good design is based on empathy. Being able to listen and understand, to ask questions, and besilent at the right moment is crucial for me to create work that withstands trends or solely aesthetics. I believe that growth comes from exploration. Curiosity leads me into new fields and different tools. Not to follow trends blindly, but to broaden my perspective. Staying curious means questioning, refining, and continuously developing my craft.

About
At Work
The best design will never be good if you can’t tell its story, if you can’t get others excited about it. I believe in solid communication and in talking at eye level.
Ethics
Good culture is important to me.
I believe that collaboration rather than competition is the key to long-term success and work happiness. I love to learn from the people around me and striving for excellence together.
In Private
Away from my laptop, you'll most probably find me reading. Ferrante’s books? All of them, always. Also: If you're good at Mario Kart, feel free to hit me up for a battle.
Ethics
Stay curious, stay driven.
At age 12, I designed a Pokémon game in Microsoft Powerpoint and on my notepad, wanting to send it to Nintendo. Safe to stay, that drive stuck around in things I do privately.
